6. Payment Terms

- Fees are as specified in individual service agreements
- All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Additional services will be billed separately
6.2 Payment Schedule
- Invoices are issued monthly or as per service agreement
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional charges
7. Termination

Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice, subject to payment for services rendered.
7.2 By Company
We reserve the right to terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Breach of terms
- Unethical or illegal activities
- False or misleading information
8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.
